Air Marshal M. Matheswaran AVSM VM is the Senior Air Staff Officer (SASO) at Headquarter Eastern Air Command (EAC). He has been the Commandant, Aircraft and Systems Testing Establishment (ASTE); Principal Director Air Staff Requirements; Air Officer Commanding of HQ Maritime Air Operations and Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Operations (Space). He holds a Ph.D. in Defence and Strategic Studies.

 

 

 

Ambassador Arundhati Ghose (Retd) was posted to Missions in Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium(Brussels-for the then EC) Bangladesh and New York (in the Permanent Mission to the UN) and as Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, Egypt, Permanent Representative to UNESCO in Paris and the UN Offices in Geneva and Ambassador to the Conference on Disarmament, Geneva. She was a member and Chairman of UN Secretary General’s Disarmament Advisory Board up to 2001.

 

 

 

Lieutenant General Satish Nambiar is an Indian general who achieved international recognition as the first Force Commander and Head of Mission of UNPROFOR, the United Nations Protection Force in the former Yugoslavia, between March 1992 and March 1993.

Vijay Nambiar is a veteran Indian diplomat and currently serves as the acting Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict of the United Nations Secretary-General. Previously, he was the UN Secretary General’s Special Advisor on Myanmar. He held the rank of Under-Secretary-General and was a member of the Secretary-General’s Senior Management Team. He previously served as Deputy National Security Advisor to the Government of India and Head of the National Security Council Secretariat.

Dr Suresh Lee, formerly Group Director at IGCAR, Kalpakkam, India, Dr Lee currently holds the Raja Ramanna Fellowship Award at the Safety Research Institute of the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board. He is a specialist in the physics of fast reactors and was a member for many years of the International Working Group on Fast Reactors of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna.
